KOALA is een muziekgroep die je niet kan omschrijven in één woord.
Deze Antwerpse groep is ontstaan in 2003 en heeft sindsdien 3 full albums uitgebracht. (gravity (2006) , central (2008), Tall Machines (2011). Tevens verschenen er twee remix albums.

De groep vermengt alle muziekstijlen doorheen: Electronica, Rock, Triphop, Hiphop, Techno,Soul ,Dubstep en Industrial.
KOALA werkte o.a. met volgende namen: Dez mona, Delavega, Jean bosco safari, Stijn colepark,Darling nikkie, mc seckou, nuff said, sarah budts,lamont stigler,joy wellboy, Vomito Negro, dj raphael., Dolphin (usa)., Nuclear child (Italy), marieke lightband,islasoul, robin aerts, 32 skins, 40winks.
