Rich visited 14 countries while touring with the band, visited every radio station in the U.S. (literally) and experienced all of the trappings of a popular touring act. Rich has appeared on The Academy of Country Music Awards, The Country Music Awards, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Craig Ferguson Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Good Morning America, The CMA Festival (on ABC), Fox and Friends and many others. Rich's grooves are also heard daily on mainstream and satellite radio networks. Rich attended the University of North Texas where he received a Master's Degree in Music Education and Percussion. While there, he also played drums in the world renowned 1:00 Lab Band under Neil Slater and played percussion in the 2:00 Lab Band under Jim Riggs. Rich performed with RANDY BRECKER, LOU MARINI, BOB MINTZER, ANDY LAVERNE, FRANK MANTOOTH, TONY CAMPISE, DENNIS DiBLASIO, and BOB BECKER while attending this world class school.
