The Allemande is the second piece in the c minor suite for baroque lute by Philipp Franz LeSage de Richee. It has been published by the composer in 1695 in his book CABINET DER LAUTEN. Probably, Philipp Franz LeSage de Richee was born in France and lived in Breslau in the second half of 17th century.
