http://www.ascap.com Songwriter Ben Hayslip was named ASCAP's 2012 Country Music Songwriter of the Year at ASCAP's Country Music Awards held in Nashville on October 29th, 2012. Hayslip and co-writer Rhett Akins performed "Honey Bee," their song which was a hit for Blake Shelton.
