Remembering Inez Andrews as a member of The Caravans!!!

In 1957, Inez was substituting for Dorothy Love Coates in a program in Nashville, heard by the late Rev. James Cleveland , she was sent by Albertina Walker & Dorothy Norwood to come to Chiacgo and audition for the Caravans and as Inez put it "And I haven't been back since then."

There are many songs she led with the Caravans but these 2 songs are my favorites including "Hold To His Hand", where she tells the story of a rich woman and a poor woman. "Make It In" which her and Albertina takes the lead.
