DESCRIPTION:
The question of what it means to be human in this song ReBirth by Johnathan Human written by Johnathan Human and Reece Lucas Rosenfeld underlies much of my film work. This life of ours on this spaceship we call earth is a miracle we too often forget to recognize. How can it be that our planet provides for us everything we need to survive? What is the source of this mystery we call life? And how does the way we see the world shape our existance? Going out to the desert to capture these images with such creative, engaged, adventuress collaborators was pure joy. Exploring these questions through electronic dance music and the making of this video has been a growing experience. Much thanks to Johnathan Human for making this possible. -Varda
