DESCRIPTION:
A brief meditation and commentary from a larger documentary project about Poet, Producer, Publisher, Performer, and activist and Detroit native Jessica Care Moore. Moore's friends and colleagues help her narrate a journey to notoriety that began with her involvement in the New Black Arts movement in 1990's New York City and a 5 win run on the famous Apollo Theater Stage.
