Rafa el Chaman was borned in Colombia but he grows in Switzerland, learning music during years. He begins his singing career in 1999, through the sound system scene.
Then he creates a reggae band called Natural Session. They play all over the french speaking part of switzerland and they make an album in 2003, called "Appel au Changement". But the band finally splits in 2005.
Chaman continues to sing and he goes 8 months to cuba to learn spanish. Back in Switzerland, he begins an audio ingeneer career.
The same year he meets Keumart, an hip hop/beat-box singjay. Together they create the "Green Vibe" with the DJ Mr. Ive-Man, and build an explosive and eclectic show.
They will share stage with artists like Capleton (JA), Buju Banton (JA), Burning Spear (JA), Toots & The Maytals (JA), Groundation (USA), Culcha Candela (GE), Dub Incorporation (FR) and many more.
In 2008 Chaman performs for the Swiss Singjay Link Up 08, and shares the stage with Milion Style (NE) and Cali P (CH).
He also performs for 3 dates in Berlin with Supersonic sound (GE).
Now Green Vibe crew grows, because they found a backing band. The show can also become bigger In 2009 they play with Sinsemilia (FR), Tonton David (FR), Original U-Man (BE), Junior Tshaka (CH) and many more. They are still working on a mixtape project.

Rafa el CHAMAN voit le jour en Colombie mais c'est en Suisse qu'il va grandir. Dès l'age de 9 ans il commence la musique par le piano, la guitare, percussions, didjeridoo et autres. Mais c'est en 1999 que commence sa carriere de chanteur, en se produisant lors de sound system.
En 2000 il fonde son propre groupe de reggae, Natural Session. Tres vite, ce dernier ecume de nombreuses scenes dans toute la Suisse romande, partageant l affiche avec, entre autre, Mister Gang, Dub Incorporation, Moonraisers. En 2003 ils produisent un album intitulé "Appel au Changement". Mais le groupe doit malheureusment se séparer en 2005.
Chaman continue à chanter et il s'en va vivre 8 mois à Cuba, apprendre l'espagnol et découvrir d'autres cultures. De retour en Suisse, il se lance dans une carrière d'ingénieur du son.
Chaman poursuit sa passion et il rencontre Keumart, un chanteur hip-hop/beat-box. En 2006 il creent la Green Vibe Crew avec le DJ Mr. Ive-Man et mettent sur pied un show explosif melangeant leur style respectif. Ils debutent fort et partage deje l'affiche avec Capleton (JA), Buju Banton (JA), Burning Spear (JA), Toots & The Maytals (JA), Groundation (USA), Culcha Candela (GE), Dub Incorporation (FR) et beaucoup d'autres.
En 2008, Chaman participe au Swiss Singjay Link Up 08, et partage la scène avec Milion Style (SU) and Cali P (CH). Il se produit également à Berlin, pour une mini tournée, d'où une date avec le Big sound Supersonic.
Green Vibe grandit et peut maintenant compter sur des musiciens. En 2009 ils se produisent déjà avec Sinsemilia (FR), Tonton David (FR), Original U-Man (BE), Junior Tshaka (CH)

Rafa el CHAMAN empieza su carrera en el ano 1999, en la escena de los sound system. Luego funda su propia banda de reggae que se llama Natural Session. Se producen en toda la parte francesa de Suiza pero el grupo se separa en 2005.
Chaman sigue su pasion y se encuentra con Keumart, un cantante de hip-hop/beat-box. Van a crear la Green Vibe Crew con el Dj M. Ive-Man y juntos construien un show explosivo, mezclando su estilo respectivo.
De pronto comparten la escena con Capleton (JA), Buju Banton (JA), Burning Spear (JA), Toots & The Maytals (JA), Groundation (USA), Patrice (GE) y muchos otros.
En este ano 2007 estan trabajando sobre un album y tambien una vira en Europa.
