Metallica accused of ripping of Opprobrium (Incubus) song, get cease and desist letter

It appears that Metallica have been sent a cease and desist letter from Brutal Records Michael Howard due to a song from Opprobrium the band that was know as Incubus back in 1988 and their song “Hunger For Power” ... they say it is too similar to the Metallica song “Moth Into Flame“ from “Hardwired…To Self-Destruct“. Exclaim! reported that they have the document.. and that it states:

“It has been brought to my attention, that you have made unauthorized use of my copyrighted work which is titled Hunger for Power. Your work titled Moth into Flame is fundamentally a close duplication of my work filed under the copyright of SR-130-298.”
