1914s are a London based industrial electro three piece band and "Never Before" is their electro-rock debut single.

Their sound is often described as East Berlin comes to East London: as this genre-defying DIY trio sling raw and aggressive power via an insanely electrifying front woman onto the ever moving dance floor

Lead vocalist Shay brings a serious set of lungs and an almost frightening mystique to proceedings which are backed up by a gut-wrenching rhythm section of beats/bass/synth played by Josephyn and the unapologetic animal energy of guitarist and noise-maker Jimi.

Their electric captivating live show also translates well onto the radio airwaves with outstanding support from all DJ tastemakers at Amazing Radio including a performance on Amazing sessions, 6 music BBC Introducing with Tom Robinson and XFM airplay

1914s have been honing their sound and stagecraft since forming in 2009 coming from hard-working bands The Veez and Beverly and together 1914s are driven by musicality, playfulness and an obsession with doing something horrifically magic with their 3 minutes.

With a heavy collective set of influences leaking out from Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Kills, 1920s anti-art to 1980s David Lynch; it's all cut-and-pasted into 1914s' 21st Century sonic collage and spat out on stage.
