PM Recordings (Record company) - Dance music makes us one

The Artificials is a metal/experimental project that started in 2007 by two life long friends Alan Rigdon and Aaron Surratt in Prattville Alabama. We started recording on a Micro BR and psp. Yes, a psp. The drums were programmed with the psp and the guitars and everything else on the Micro BR. The quality of our first demo songs were absolutely atrocious but the dedication, drive, and creativity was definitely there. I (Alan) later sparked a few interests from bands "Broadcast the Nightmare" and "Erra" from the Artificials music. I began touring full time basically putting my adult life on hold. I recently got married to Sarah Beavers who is now singing for The Artificials. I wanted to continue music after parting ways with Erra. I decided to get back to my roots and release music under the name "The Artificials" since it was a big factor in how I managed to succeed in music in the first place. I am completely grateful for all I've accomplished in music thus far and do not intend on stopping as long as I can help it. I self produce all The Artificials music. Check out our first official release coming January 23rd on Bandcamp.
