En 1991 existia un programa llamado Mi barrio que era conducido por
Mariana Garza y Ricky Luis, en uno de sus programas tuvieron de invitados
a el grupo Plaza de Belgica, en aquel entonces en México estaba de moda el
rap y el house comercial, pero en Europa recien estaba acabando el New beat
y Plaza fue de los pocos grupos que llevaron este ritmo a diferentes lugares del
planeta...entre ellos México.
En Mexico se presento en diferentes lugares llevando el show con el legendario
Equipo de audio y sonido Patrick Miller, quien en México apoyo el New Beat de belgica asi como otros ritmos vanguardistas de esa época ...
