On Sunday, July 22, the sixth edition of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival took over Hartford, Connecticut (A.K.A. Hatebreed land). As it is typical, the New England Metallers know how to have a good time and never let anything get in the way of their appointment with Heavy Music. It was really cool to see so many generations of music both on and off stage, gathered together in unity! This is ultimately what Mayhem Fest represents.

Prior to Rob Zombie's headlining set, we had the chance to chat with the bands bassist Piggy D. During this in-depth interview, Piggy discussed the complexity of his bands live show and how they all collectively get consumed by their live performances. He also discussed Zombie's latest album 'Venomous Rat Regeneration Vendor' (available now) and how the crowd has responded to the NEW songs on a live setting. Additionally, he talked about his Mayhem Fest experience and what he likes drinking when it comes to both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks.
