"Trenton records" is an electronic music label based in Paris... 3 different artists are present on this release still reflecting the style of the label with maybe a stronger dance-floor direction...

A1. Chip & Charge -- PHIL STUMPF
This first track is made by Phil Stumpf also half of the duo Duplex100 (with Reynold). This track is very much of a funky-tech house groove rolling with melodic acid sounds and a killer synth bass line!!! Definitely fits trenton's vibes!!!

A2. Emma -- ASPRO
The second track on the A side is produced by Aspro. Same recipe than on the Trenton 001 for Aspro aka Chris Clause with a funky dry tech-house track called Emma... Simple but efficient, the sound is together and the main synth gimmick really does sound like a funky guitar!!! Great material to mix...

B. True -- REYNOLD
B side is a 45 for a Detroit minimal drive composed by Reynold (the 2nd half of Duplex100)... Starts with a very dry beat and builds up with sequences; after a break comes chords totally old school with a minimal touch in it. A good burner for hot nights...It works on the dance-floor and we like it that way!!!
