DESCRIPTION:
A Trip to the Moon (French: Le Voyage dans la lune) is a 1902 French black and white silent science fiction film. It is loosely based on two popular novels of the time: From the Earth to the Moon by Jules Verne and The First Men in the Moon by H. G. Wells
The film was written and directed by Georges Méliès, assisted by his brother Gaston. This is an edited version ( sacrilege to do that maybe but people's attention spans are shorter nowadays ) . The sound track is a song called Blue Heaven by Honeygene taken from the album A beautiful place to get lost. https://www.reverbnation.com/honeygene . Honeygene are , Phil Honey-Jones-Vocals/guitars/keyboards, Charlie Ocran-Vocals. On this song Tjay Tarantino played bass and Adam Lewis played the drums and it was recorded by Richard Bignell at Area 18 studios, Acton, London in 2008
