Originally founded in 1997, the band went through various line-up changes and crossed some genres ending with the psychedelic doom of today.

Throughout the years Phased have played with numerous bands. Among them: High On Fire, Nebula, Grief, Orange Goblin, Dozer, Colour Haze, and Damo Suzuki, whom they backed on his 2008 stop in Basel.

They have appeared on renown festivals such as DOOM SHALL RISE, DOOM OVER VIENNA, DAWN OF DOOM, UP IN SMOKE or STONED FROM THE UNDERGROUND.
