Peter Ulrich

Peter Ulrich is the former drummer/percussionist of Dead Can Dance, a contributor to 4AD's This Mortal Coil project, and guest artist on 4AD releases by The Wolfgang Press and Pieter Nooten & Michael Brook.
He subsequently released two solo albums - Pathways and Dawns (Projekt, 1999) and Enter The Mysterium (City Canyons, 2005).
His song The Scryer and the Shewstone from Enter The Mysterium was included on the 2007 John Barleycorn Reborn compilation of dark British folk music (Cold Spring).
In 2009 he made guest percussion and hammered dulcimer contributions to the Piano Magic album Ovations (which also featured Brendan Perry of DCD).
He is currently working on a collaboration album with label-mates and guest artists through New York's pioneering City Canyons label, which is scheduled for release in 2011, sample tracks from which will be appearing through the run-up to release.
