On July 12, 2004, Pat's Management Company launched a new record label--Pat's Record Company, run by PMC Principal Pat Magnarella. Magnarella manages such noted acts as Green Day, The Goo Goo Dolls, Charlie Mars, and The All-American Rejects. Prior to PMC, Magnarella was a partner at Mosaic Media Group, music agent at Triad Artists and a booking agent for Venture Bookings. Magnarella started his career in the mailroom at ATI in New York.

"I am thrilled to be able to introduce a new generation of musical artists with this new label," stated Magnarella. Pat's Record Company features artists that prove to be innovative and musically diverse within the rock genre.

Verona Grove, the newest addition to Pat's Record Company, is a hook-driven, powerpop/punk trio from Oshkosh, WI. Vocalist/guitarist Tony Anders, bassist/vocalist Charlie Wilhelm, and drummer Josh Helm were transplanted from their mid-west origins to Los Angeles to record their debut album with producer and American Hi-Fi guitarist Jamie Arentzen. Verona Grove spent two months in an LA studio with Arentzen, refining their already solid songs into 11 hook-driven, thoughtful pop-rock tracks that resound with the group’s signature driving, catchy choruses and Anders’ relatable lyrics. Anders proclaims "a lot of the songs are about a dream. Everyone’s got an idea of where they want to be someday and what they want to do. For me it was happening. We got this record deal, now we were in LA and I never could have dreamed that, but here it is. I think that’s what a lot of the writing focused on.” Their EP is currently out and their full length, The Story Thought Over drops Aug 21.

From Appleton, Wisconsin, Nick Ziemann formed what is now known as The Wildbirds with guitarist Matthew Reetz and drummer Jonathan Fries while all three were still in high school. After the defection of the band's original bassist a year later, Nick's brother, Michael Ziemann, bought a Fender P, taught himself how to play, and was quickly added to the mix. Featuring an indicative blend of rock, indie, and blues music, The Wildbirds are a must-hear up-and-coming band on the scene.

Based in Oxnard, California, From Satellite joined Pat's Record Company early in the game. "We don't have a message about life or love or war or religion," says From Satellite guitarist Ryan Cleary. "We are not politically motivated, nor do we care about changing the world," drummer Pat Pedraza finishes the thought. "We are a straight-forward rock band; we know what we are." No bullshit. The unaffected identity of From Satellite is a refreshing diversification in an age when every band has an ego and an axe to grind. The lineup consists of singer Ian McDonnell, aforementioned guitarist Ryan Clearyand drummer Pat Pedraza, bassist Justin Huth, and backup vocalist/guitarist Armand Tambouris. After several adjustments and substitutions, From Satellite has finally come together as five like-minded individuals with the ultimate goal of great music, plain and simple.

Pat's Record Company proudly released Number One Fan as the first band on the label. Over the last year, Number One Fan has created a huge buzz in the indie rock scene the old-fashioned way: by playing every show in any city they could, lending songs to bedroom-label CD compilations, selling thousands of their self-released CDs at gigs, and by fervent fans spreading the word (and mp3 files) via instant messages, emails, and discussion board posts. Shortly after becoming a solidified band, Number One Fan started playing shows regionally, making a fast name for themselves with their passionate and powerful live performances. Soon after, the band found itself getting offered opening slots on shows with like-minded bands including Green Day, The All-American Rejects, Hawthorne Heights, Switchfoot, and Something Corporate.

Growing up in Wayne, New Jersey, Jody Delli Santi always knew that he wanted to make a mark on the music industry. Prior to his move across the river to New York City, Jody spent years studying music and musical history. While much of the album is inspired by the bustling and sometimes dark life of a musician in New York, the band Supercreep was created in Los Angeles, after Jody relocated there with classically-trained keyboardist Lauren Pardini, bass maestro Matt Maroulakos, and rapid-fire drummer Johnny Dinu. These self-professed "supercreeps" have swiftly gained a reputation for their tight, entertaining shows within the Jaded Folded Arm Movement ever present on the west coast.
