Paloma Ramos, age 26, was born in Monterey, California. The fifth child of her mother's six musically talented children, Paloma was performing right away. Brave enough to star and sing in her school play at age 5, it was clear from an early age she had a passion for performing. At age 6, Paloma was hired as a vocalist for a professional Children's music album. A performer at heart, she would go on to audition for every local play, talent show, and choir throughout her young life. At age 12 her family relocated to Queretaro Mexico, and there Paloma joined her first band (age 14). As a cover band, her group performed songs in both Spanish and English in clubs all over Queretaro. No one questioned her age, which should have been 18, and she was allowed to perform in the most prestigious venues and nightclubs.
Paloma finished high school back in Monterey, CA. To continue her musical endeavours, she linked up with songwriter Nick Noble, and together they wrote a handful of songs, one of which was recorded for a compilation album of local talent. They formed a band to perform around the Monterey Bay area, and were recognized at the Battle of The Bands.
While a student at UC Santa Cruz, she took classical voice technique and opera classes to diversify her vocal abilities. She was hired as a demo vocalist for the Antares Vocal Harmony Engine, a software package marketed to producers worldwide. Paloma used her years of performances, experience and skills to take her career to the next level. In 2005 she signed a contract with Sound Management as an emerging artist. Once signed to professional management, she began experimenting with different styles of music. Fluently bilingual at this point, she formed Latin Pop group, Paloma and The Rubys. The group was successful in getting radio-play on 102.5 KDON and starred in their own full production music video, thanks to the San Jose State University's film department.
From November through December of 2010, Paloma took part in her first major tour across the United States and Canada. Touring with the opening act for Robyn's Body Talk Tour, she was the DJ for newly signed artist, Natalia Kills of Cherrytree Records (a subsidiary of Interscope Records). Paloma picked up more experience on the road, and came home inspired to do her own tour someday.
Robert Hayes, of Sound Management, suggested Paloma do a few songs with a local hip hop group. It wasn't long before Paloma and Jay 3 from this group were officially onto their own project, with Hayes as the group's manager. To create a new sound that would be an original blend of electro hip-hop and pop, Paloma and Jay3 formed The PJAYZ, with Dublin Beats as their producer. PJAYZ performed with some big name artists throughout the bay area, and headlined multiple bay area clubs, including the Van's Warped Tour 2011 at Shoreline Ampitheater. PJAYZ released their first album, System Overload in November of 2011. They have had their songs played on popular shows such as MTV's Real World, Fox's Bones, E!'s Keeping up With The Kardashians, Bad Girls Club, and major motion picture, Cat Run. They've been featured in Music Connection Magazine and SF Magazine, among other publications in California.

Now in 2012, the only step left in Paloma's thrilling and inevitable climb to stardom is worldwide domination. There is no other female vocalist on earth more poised for success than Paloma Ramos. That precocious five year-old singing Christmas songs has grown into a superstar. Paloma is currently in production on her first solo album, taking her back to her roots as a passionate singer/songwriter with hints from where she has been, but songs that illustrate who she is now.
