Guaranteed to be big in 2010. Remember where you heard him first!

You'd be surprised
That my heart's like sticklebricks, pull it apart and then realise
That you and me are from similar streets and we've seen both sides
Classmates with masters,
And nasty bastards behind bars and passing out from a path of carnage
City life... mansions next to council expansions
Love being alive
When i die, gonna be six feet under this town's ground
So what's my mark been?
Sitting in beer gardens laughing, chink glasses with locals passing?

I'll never forget
My home address
So you can never, ever say
"Move out the way", am I walking?
My name's engraved in wet concrete
On these Streets
"Move out the way", am I walking?
But those fingers will never be pointing at me.

Paralysed by the valley and buildings around me
There was I, washing dishes for a living in poor conditions
But I've been both sides
Of that transaction
Those four seasons got me back on track and now
I'm falling through a crack in the sky
And if you're in my way then you ain't by my side
And every time I tune in I zone out of life and so do you
We've been clued up and educated everytime those records play

I'll never forget
What those headphones said
And you can never, ever say
"Move out the way", am I walking?
My name's engraved in wet concrete
On these Streets
"Move out the way", am I walking?
But those fingers will never be pointing at me.

My last page, will be full of acknowledgments, thanks and apologies
And mislaid... then found on the high road, scribbled in biro
My notes, my thoughts, my hopes
Been made to look ragged in the rain
But you can never say, you can never say, you could never say.

"Move out the way", am I walking?
My name's engraved in wet concrete
On these Streets
"Move out the way", am I walking?
But those fingers will never be pointing at me.
move out the way.
move out the way....
