Swifties, the day has finally come – we have our first look at the FULL 1989 track list, and Clevver Music has got all the details!
Our girl T-Swift posted the full 13-song track list on her Instragram on Wednesday, and even though the full album doesn’t drop until Monday October 27, this reveal makes the fact that we’re getting a whole new Taylor Swift album feel super real. I mean, as if the little teases here and there weren’t enough, this really puts things into perspective, don’t you think? Am I getting too deep? Sorry.
So, if you’ve been keeping score, you know that “Welcome to New York” is the very first song on the list, but what else is on there, and in what order? Well, let’s break it down for you:
Track two on 1989 is titled “Blank Space,” track three is “Style,” which she gave a sneak peek of in that new Target commercial, track four is “Out of the Woods,” track five is “All You Had to Do Was Stay,” track six is none other than “Shake It Off,” track seven is “I Wish You Would,” track eight is “Bad Blood,” you know, the one that’s supposedly about Katy Perry? Track nine is “Wildest Dreams,” track 10 is “How You Get the Girl,” which we heard in that Diet Coke cat commercial, track 11 is “This Love,” track 12 is “I Know Places,” and last but certainly not least is track 13 “Clean.”
UGGHHH! This is getting us so excited for 1989! And no word yet on those bonus tracks that’ll be part of the deluxe edition which you can pick up at Target, but you know we’ll keep you posted. Also, we did a little detective work and noticed that at the time Taylor shared the track list, she hadn’t shared the lyrics to “Bad Blood” just yet, which we find kind of interesting. Just throwing that out there.
