***COLD BUSTING BREAKFAST****
Blend all this:
An inch square of fresh ginger
An inch square if fresh turmeric
half bunch fresh parsley
half bunch of fresh cilantro
1 plump tomatoe
quarter bunch dandelion greens
whole container of sprouts
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
1 cucumber
2 stalks of celery
2 sprigs of fresh oregano
1 spring of fresh mint
1/4 cup hemp seeds (hemp sprouts would be great too)
oooh I forgot to put in video but a dash of cayenne does good things too!
There is a little Suja green juice in this blender here too lol
