Verse 1:
Lover you left me
Without a tear to spare
'Til you came back
And you gave me more
Acting like you still care

Chorus:
So tell me you really need me
And hold me even though we know the truth
And say to me you're still in love with me
'Cause darlin', I love you

Verse 2:
I know you're leaving
I know it's just one night
But is now something fleeting boy
Anymore than this life?

So tell me...
(Repeat Chorus)

Bridge:
Doesn't matter if tomorrow finds you far away
'Til the morning takes you there's no harm
For the sweetest of illusions is to be with you
Just lying here, in your arms...

So tell me...
(Repeat Chorus)

I still love you
So say you love me too
Say that you do

"With this song, we wanted to capture a little bit of the timeless flavor of those old pop singles of the early 60s...songs about unrrequited love and things like that. You know, Roy Orbison, Goffin and King, that type of song - songs with simple yet elegant lyrics that still tap into a very real human experience. I was also influenced by the pop songs of the 60s which used chord progressions that had an almost quasi-classical feel." - G. Page, March 2013.
