Seattle pop-punk band Quickie's anthem for the rollercoaster ride called life. The video was shot over their "44 Quickies in One Night" world record attempt on September 30th, which found the band squeezing 44 shows into a 15 hour period.

Trivia: The video opens with what would be the final broadcast of the Bob Rivers Show on CBS Radio. No, Quickie did not kill him!
