Ookpik, or Ook Pik Waltz was written by Frankie Rodgers and is of Canadian origin. This tune is also sometimes referred to as Canadian Waltz, depending on what circles you play in. This is a widely-known jam session tune in Texas, Canadian and Old-Time fiddling styles.
