We closed out the festival season with a hard rockin' show at the Dewey Beach Festival in Dewey Beach, Delaware on September 29th. After that, we took a break from the road to work on other projects and take in the Holidays with family. We kept limber by performing a few acoustic shows throughout our home region, a television performance, and wrapped up 2007 with a couple of solid rock shows including one at the legendary SOUTHGATE HOUSE, just outside of Cincinnati in Newport, Kentucky on December 22nd. No doubt, there will be exciting new developments in the new year.

ON A SUN opened for ALICE IN CHAINS on August 31st at The Rave in Milwaukee. This was one of only 4 acoustic shows that AIC performed in the entire country and it was a real honor to be invited by the promoter and the Alice In Chains management!! It was a totally sold out show and an early packed house, so we couldn't have asked for more. We should have some pics from that show we can post in the not-to-distant future, so keep checking back.

Make sure you Check out the great shots from our show with WOLFMOTHER in our 'pics' section.

ON A SUN's new single "TAKIN' OFF" was produced by the one-and-only Johnny K (3 Doors Down, Disturbed, Plain White T's, Finger Eleven). You can buy it digitally online, or if you purchase the disc at a show, you'll get the video for Unraveling as bonus content!!

Our debut album WATERSHED is available for sale at iTunes and CD BABY. Or perhaps for something a little different you may want to get in sync with our good friends at

MY TRACKS! . You can stream all the songs from the album there and it's one of THE coolest places to discover new music!!

Request your favorite ON A SUN songs on XM 52 here and request "Independence" (or any of our songs) at your favorite college radio station!! We were added at over 200 college radio stations in 2007, so they have the album for your dancing and dining pleasure!

ON A SUN rocked Dfest in Tulsa and had an awesome time! Great festival, great people and a great show. We also opened for Wolfmother on June 28 at Summerfest in Milwaukee!! Opening night of The World's Largest Music Festival with Wolfmother!! How awesome is that!?!? What makes it even better is that Earl Greyhound was on the bill as well, so everyone had a great night of bad-ass rock - complete with fireworks!!!!

MONOLITH FESTIVAL in RED ROCKS invited ON A SUN to perform on the first day of their festival on September 14, 2007!! Other acts included The Flaming Lips, Cake, The Decemberists, Kings of Leon, Spoon, Earl Greyhound and many more!!

ON A SUN was one of 10 artists selected to be featured in "BEST OF AROUND HEAR 2006" by the ILLINOIS ENTERTAINER in the JANUARY 2007 issue. Not bad for a little ol' trio from Milwaukee, ay?

See it here.
