DESCRIPTION:
Olle Gällmo (Swedish bagpipes) and Göran Hallmarken (hurdy-gurdy) play a medley of four dance tunes (polskas) after fiddler Petter Dufva (1756-1836) .
Petter Dufva was a fiddler in Småland who wrote down many tunes in a note book, dated 1807. In total it contains about 200 tunes (mostly polskas, some menuets). The polskas played here are number 63, 101, 128 and 177 in the reprint of Dufva's note book.
