His roots go back to the early 90's @ parties such as; The Gathering, Wicked, Funk Techno Tribe and Quest; with House music legends such as Doc Martin, DJ Sneak and Mark Farina. After over a decade, and time to focus on production, he is back in full swing with multiple releases scheduled this year and a solid SF residency.“Rug Burner” is d.Santis original techy groove with a touch of that funky house vibe. Led by an insistent and funky drum machine pattern, the track is layered with melodic pads, synth arpeggiations, and a wobbly low bass line combining for quite a groovy affair. “Rug Burner Fragoso acid mix” creates a classic acid house warehouse vibe remaining in the contemporary tech house zone for modern dancefloors. The music is as organic as synthetic music can be. The remix stays true to the original yet gets a little deeper and darker with minor key sounds and a little old school with the acid hook. “Rug Burner Fragoso club mix” starts from the top as a heavier jackin and more driving tech house thriller. It's a club stormer with an original tech groove teased in for fun and then finishes things off in a big yet soothing fashion with a layering dark snyth timed throughout.“Rug Burner Fragoso deep mix” is a remix that hits that signature warehouse deep tech house sound. Its lighter melancholic groove that is punctuated with ethereal chords, and a crisp snare moving things along that creates a deep tech journey. “Follow Me” this original excels at deep house and soulful, vocal house moments as well as in its slices of downtempo, jazz, and tech house influenced flavors. It’s full of clanking crisp percussion, deep key patterns, and funky synths making for a slow rolling house groove. “Follow Me Nicolas Duvoisin & Olivier Kolly remix” opens things nicely with a jumpy, lowdown groove, accented by a processed repeating vocal scat, a acid-infected bass line, and some sharp synth work. This one would certainly not be out of place in the after-hours or clubs.
