PUBLISHED:  Sep 11, 2013
DESCRIPTION:
(09/10/2013 2130 PDT) Arlington Police Department was in pursuit of a Ford Bronco after it failed to yield on a traffic stop. Officer laid out stop sticks to stop the subject. The stop sticks not only punctured the fleeing vehicle tires, but also of the pursuing officer's tires. The pursuing officer was immediately unable to pursue after 2 of his wheels got hit by the stop sticks. The situation turned into an area check for the vehicle.

While the area check continued, dispatch got a 911 call of a accident that fits the vehicle description with a subject fleeing on foot. A K-9 track was initiated and Snohomish County Sheriff's Office assisted with the operation. While the K-9 track was on going, officers made contact and detained two subjects that was inside the vehicle. While asking the subjects, they admitted that one of those detained was indeed the driver and the other subject fleeing was a passenger. They also admitted that they also hit the stop sticks in the pursuit. Both subjects were transported to the local hospital before being transported to Snohomish County Jail. I do not know the whereabouts of the third subject. - uploaded via http://www.mp32u.net/
