Born and raised in the Midwest, O.D. is an artist / rapper that grew interests and skills for rapping at an early age. Strongly inspired by events in his life and soon to be worldwide famous rap artists, he began writing rhymes. He later moved to Switzerland for family reasons and despite the very cold Swiss Hip Hop scene at the time, his love of the music remained intact.



In 1999 O.D. started working in the studios going by the name of REVIL. Later that year was released his first song on a widely successful C.Karre (C2) mixtape as well as his first impressive appearance on stage in front of a large and demanding crowd at a now "Classic" Hip Hop concert in Geneva. After gaining more maturity he changed his artist name from Revil to O.D. Between 2002 and late 2003, O.D. performed at many successful concerts, Festivals and other Musical events all around Switzerland alongside the now retired rapper Killer K.



After a year and a half long interruption from the Rap game, O.D. made his comeback to the business at the begining of 2005 to work on some projects with Sonoblast and featured on Soul-J's now classic album "Reflect-Ink". From that point on O.D. participated to numerous concerts in Geneva and its area. He is currently working on EP project with i-Shawn providing us a full EP mixing Hip Hop and R&B. O.D. is a versatile MC with a wide range of subject matters that reflect his complex personality. He refuses to be put into a MC-ing category. Rather his music exposes all the different facets of his character and the diversity of life in general. His lyrics can be about the streets, the hustle, empowerment, clubbing, himself, politics, the hood and so on. Right or wrong, he raps what he feels at the time, and everybody can visualize themselves through his music. As Real as It Gets !
