PUBLISHED:  Feb 19, 2017
DESCRIPTION:
On what he wanted to be when he grew up when he was younger:

"In high school, actually, I was gonna be an oceanographer. I took Marine Biology class in high school and loved it, and was like, 'This might be cool,' but then music kinda took over."

On his pre-show rituals:

"We do a prayer, and then after that we all have a handshake with someone else, and there's like fifteen guys in the room, so it takes about 20 minutes to get it all done, all the way through."

On what he misses most about New York when he's out on the road:

"My family, my entire family - top to bottom - is in New York. We've been on the road for like seven months now, so I miss New York and everything about it - my family, my friends from high school, and stuff like that."

On his style:

"I'm a disheveled mess on this tour, just waking up doing radio things and going all over the place... my style is comfortable. I think if I'm comfortable, I feel good, and when ya feel good, you look good, and that's what I got for ya."

On his most meaningful tattoo:

"On my chest, I have the first song I ever wrote, and that means a lot to me."
