The first idea to the concept of ’Hymnals & Bombs' was born 10 years ago. The common thread was that the songs could be divided into two categories: slow and meditative or more explosive. The concept was rejected at the time, but not forgotten. Quite late in the process writing the upcoming album, the band realized that they had indeed made the record they had in mind 10 years ago and ’Hymnals & Bombs' felt therefore like an obvious title.
