Norman Vladimir is an experimental pop/soul musician who mixes elements of pop-funk, jazz, Americana, and classical choral music with alt-percussion instruments, piano, guitar, and vocal looping to create rich landscapes of catchy, accessible songs that, in a word, make you feel.
Growing up in a small town in Tennessee, he always heard different styles of music, but he also heard the connections between those styles. Those connections are what motivate him as an artist to keep pushing and evolving. He started singing classical music at an early age in a childrens choral group. That experience was the start of everything else. So, when decided to pursue music, he left that small town. When he decided to learn about songwriting, he moved to Nashville, and when he decided to learn about life, he moved to New York, which is where he is today.
