Every year in July there is a celebration held in Talkeetna, Alaska, where they play bluegrass music, have a pseudo-parade, and generally have a good time. This celebration is known as the Talkeetna Moose Dropping Festival.
There is an old Alaskan colloquialism that most lower-48ers may not be aware, it is not uncommon for some Alaskans to refer to moose as "swamp donkeys." With that, and the festival, in mind I put together this music and video.
There were no moose harmed in the making of this video. :-)
