DESCRIPTION:
This is the official music video to Rebecca Newman's brand new song Heroes to the World (by Chris Nicolaides, Mike Brayn and Rebecca Newman) featuring accompaniment by the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra, arranged and conducted by Paul Bateman.
The song is described as 'the sporting anthem for the twenty-first century' and was performed to launch the first event Yorkshire Marathon in October 2013, in York, by Rebecca. A new community choir version is underway to create a celebratory charity single for the Tour de France 'Le Grand Depart', in Yorkshire in July 2014.
This music video was directed by Rebecca Newman and brougth to life by Christopher David (filming and editing). Cast of 'sporting heroes' consist of Robert Guy, Hannah De Cancho and Andrew Bennett. Hair and make up by professional screen MUAs Jo Sweeting and Natasha Wilksonson.
With thanks to Thornwick Bay cafe at Flamborough Head for use of their facilities while filming on the clifftops. Also to The Hive at Manor School for the dancer location shoot.
