ASMF's rehearsal on Wednesday, 27th June wasn't just an ordinary rehearsal. We were visited by a film crew from Chicago. The crew consists of director and producer Ms Terry Spencer, cameraman Stephan Mazurek, director of photography Kaleb Mazurek and Danny Rodriguez, sound technician.

The crew shot a rehearsal, as well as a short story about the members of Ensemble. The previous day they visited Konjic, where they filmed Srna Shain, Ensemble's solo singer. At Ilidza, they also filmed Dajana Aladzuz, another member of the choir.

Tomorrow ( Thursday, 28th June) is also reserved for shooting. A hundred and fifty members of the choir and orchestra will be singing ''InshaAllah Sarajevo'' and ''Hazreti Mevlana'' at Vrelo Bosne (the spring of river Bosnia). The same crew will also shoot a video for those songs.

Before and during the shooting, I had a chance to talk to Terry Spencer, the director of the film. She is thrilled and very surprised. She's been travelling around the world, looking for new and exciting things to shoot. According to her, you can't find anything like this Ensemble anywhere in the world. She's constantly seeking for the people who spread peace, love and tolerance. To her, the Ensemble is unique.

She was pleasantly surprised by the Ensemble's Art director and manager, Mehmed Bajraktarevic. She says: ''He's a gift from God. I've never met anybody like him. He's not the only one who spreads love and peace, but he's unique, just like the Ensemble he leads. He's something else.''

I asked her how she accepted the new environment and if she got used to Sarajevo and what it has to offer, she says: ''When I came here I was surprised. I came and saw people who are willing to bring together all the differences. I saw a will for life. I am thrilled.''

After the first part of shooting was over, Terry gave us an interview. She talks about the prejudice she had about Muslims, and how Sultan Mehmed Fatih Ensemble is the only Bosnian postwar product worth talking about every day!
