DESCRIPTION:
Who Needs an Audio Interface? I've come up with a solution that works well for me.

In this Home Studio Preview I demonstrate my way of recording without an expensive setup at all.

I record good sounding audio by using a direct box for providing phantom power to my condenser mic, the it goes into a Headphone Tap to more easily adjust the audio levels coming into the PC (it is not necessary but makes things easier when mixing). I experience no latency recording this way and I have a pretty old PC (core 2 duo processor). I'm using the on-board audio card.
