With so many artists bumping elbows and knocking knees to get a little slice of the spotlight, one can easily overlook the solitary figure standing quiet in the shadows, steady on the grind. You see, fame seeks the spotlight, making way only for self, while truth seeks to illuminate the dark, shining light in the shadows. That's Real.

And it's all about what's Real. That's what keeps Neno, Tha Prodigal Son standing on street corners and assessing alleyways. He was blessed from the beginning, given breath in Africa and grounded by the roots of the forefathers. Then he was cast into the furnace that is the western hemisphere, first in England, and then in America. And it was whilst in that fire that certain sights were revealed to him. visions that showed that just because there's no clinking sound, doesn't mean there're no chains holding one down. The visions showed that it was "Not Yet Uhuru."

Neno knows that this freedom fight won't be fought with guns and knives, because the fight is not for the liberation of our bodies, but for our minds.
