Released in December of 1947 according to the November 29, 1947 edition of Billboard. It was likely recorded in New York City in 1946 sometime after the Texas Tophands arrived from Arizona.
The band is possibly comprised of Johnny H. "Curly" Williams [gt], William Wayne "Rusty" Locke [steel], George Edwin "Knee-High" Holley [bass], Clarence J. This particular recording is from the Buckingham Records / Palace label release "Songs of the Rodeo" (M-714, year unknown, U.S.A.).
