DESCRIPTION:
Our snakey interpretation of Dolly Parton classic "Jolene" (thus the wig) performed on January 23rd, 2015 by my band, The Nancy Atlas Project, with special guest violin vixen, Randi Fishenfeld. This was the third show of my 2015 series, The Fireside Sessions at Baystreet Theater, in Sag Harbor. We have a new guest each week, world class musicians that we have met or worked with along the way and the chosen guest collaborates with the band to put on a lovely mix of classic tunes they love and coveted originals. Randi was the first artist to do two nights in a row, Friday Jan 23rd and Saturday the 24th, of which both nights sold out. She is a gem and we cherish every bad ass moment we spend on stage with her. Special shout out to lead guitarist, Johnny Blood for his double solo. Go Johnny Go!
