MUGSHOT

Hi everyone.



Almost 11 years later, 11 years of hard work, gigs, record and a long line of many good experiences, the 5 Aces has decided to close down Mugshot as a band.



The last year, year and a half was an uphill battle for us, even though we had a record out and we were signed on a major label, we drifted apart as a band. The energy and productivity you would expect from band at this level, any level, simply was not there. As 2/5 of the band members decided to leave for various reasons, reasons we fully respect and accept, we could not see any other way than end the band. It would have taken a tremendous effort and massive energy to get the band back to were we wanted it be.



Thinking of the people we have met during the years, bands we have had gigs with, our journeys outside the borders of Denmark, the atmosphere regarding us as a band, all that no one can take away from us. It has been a big part of our lives and it still is and it will always be. Nothing but fun and good memories.



We as individual musicians will still play music, if not in other bands then for ourselves, being creative and doing what we like the most: creating music.



We collectively would like to thank YOU, you for listening to our music, you whom we have partied with, you whom we have played with.
