Mua & Shaun's album "Other Places" was recorded in 2004. Due to focus on other music projects the album never made it to the shops. That was then, this is now and in some odd way now is then as "Other Places" gets it's long overdue release on October 27th 2009! 5 years after it's birth!



Mua & Shaun is a musical playground for Magnus Utheim Anderssen and Shaun Bartlett. They started playing together as early as 1996 in the hardcore band Yelp, where Mua played drums and Shaun sang. After Yelp they have been working separately on solo projects, gradually making their mark in Norway's music scene.



Shaun's distinctive vocals and Mua's beats mixed with acoustic guitars and synths can best be described as electroacoustic music. Exciting stuff indeed, yet very approachable for most listeners. Great music for parties as well as a sweet soundtrack for your breakfast, and ready to be played over and over.



The time is always right. Finally!
