Subcutanea è un trio grunge/rock che mescola le sonorità più grezze e classiche del rock anni 90 ad influenze più moderne e psichedeliche.

La musica è vista come evasione dalla vita frenetica quotidiana, infatti Subcutanea vuole trasmettere l'idea di una musica grezza, senza regole, fortemente istintiva, come se avesse il bisogno di uscire da sotto la pelle.

Pur essendo una formazione ristretta (chitarra, basso, batteria), i componenti cercano, con l'ausilio di tastiere e sintetizzatori, di creare un sound più completo.

La band è nata nel gennaio 2016, ma pur essendo un progetto giovane, vanta all'attivo parecchie date tra cui l'apertura di un gruppo di fama nazionale quali i The Zen Circus.


Subcutanea is a grune/rock trio which tries to mix the sound of classic rock of the 90s with modern and psychedelic influences.
Music is a way to escape from the frenetic everyday life, in fact Subcutanea wants to create a rude music, without fixed rules, really instinctive, like it wants to come out from under the skin.

Even if it's a three member band (guitar, bass and drum), it tries to reach a complete sound by using keyboards and synths.

The project was born in January 2016, but even if it's a young band, Subcutanea made several lives, like the opening act at a famous italian band called The Zen Circus.
