The Scratchphrase Vol.2 - Promo!" Big beats mixed and mashed scratched and spliced into a mini journey thru sound.
Currently living in Australia (Brisbane) in the sunshine state. Relocated after the recession. Still recording cuts for UK artists each month and will be working on my own music soon as well as doing a few low key live nights out here too soon.
Been involved in the UK HipHop Scene since around 2000 I've DJ'd regularly along side Many big UK names including those like Mr Thing & First Rate, Dj Snuff, Blade, BluRum13 & Vadim, Manage, Foreign Beggars, J-Live, Skitz, Tommy Evans, Kashmere, DJ MK, SuparNovar, Wordsmith, Enlish & Koaste.
Most regularly though with Digit, Tubz, Rubberman and other Brighton associated MC's. Recently started working on Cuts for Brigthon Producer 184, Fliptrix and Tom Caruana with Longusto's new album (summer - 2011) a few other local UK producers too
I started off recording with Edixion for Chameleon Records after that with Digit & Tubz (Baggy Flag Records) We finished work on our first full Brighton project as you can see above. Hiphoperations. Released in 2006. But haven't done much work together for the last few years since moving to Austraslia.
Dirty Manz Club was formed with Rubberman Tubz and myself and has had a bunch of unreleased tunes done up bu thas been put on the sideline for the next 6 months due to other in progress projects set to drop.
I hope to press a Vinyl at the beginning of next year featuring a buch of tunes i'm working on and working with. Tunes i want released and heard.
The scratchphrase is being released in 3 seperate 20 minute promo CD's just to help promote it, the first of which is released. The second of which is now finished. And finally i hope to combine all 3 and release the Mix on a much larger scale after my Vinyl drops.
Now as far as live music goes i would like to push myself forwards as a DJ rocking hiphop sets fused with turntablism, dope beats and dope cuts.
