“Não dá”, o primeiro clipe da banda, lançado em 2006, abriu muitas portas para a Motores, que estrelou vários programas relacionados à boa música, como “Banda Antes” e “Ya-Dog”, da MTV Brasil; ”Combo”, da Play TV e “Showlivre”, da Oi.
Influenciado por nomes de peso, como Ramones, Rolling Stones, Nirvana, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Joan Jett e Tutti-Frutti, o som da Motores faz sua parte – e muito bem, diga-se de passagem – para colocar o rock tupiniquim de vez no circuito internacional.
Mostrando que música boa não tem fronteiras, a Motores foi escolhida, em 2007, para representar o Brasil no Rally MTV, uma acirrada competição entre 5 bandas, de diferentes países, patrocinada pela Chevrolet e promovida pela MTV Brasil, Latina e EUA.
Vinte e um dias e muitos quilômetros depois, a Motores deixou nossos “hermanos” para trás, conquistou roqueiros dos 22 países no qual o programa foi exibido e venceu a disputa. De quebra, a música de autoria da banda, “Vamos em frente”, foi julgada e eleita pelo premiado produtor musical argentino, Tweety Gonzalez, (responsável pela explosão de artistas latinos como Shakira e Gustavo Cerati) como tema do Rally MTV.
O primeiro CD da Motores - lançado em 2007 e produzido por Kiko Zambianchi e Beto Lee - contagiou crítica e público com um repertório intenso e cheio de sucessos como “Menina, Isso É Rock ‘N’ Roll”, “Automáticas” e “Beija Logo”.
Agora, deixe-se surpreender pelo novo EP da banda “Como você sempre quis” que será lançado em 2009, gravado no lendário estúdio “A Toca do Bandido”, no Rio de Janeiro, sob os exigentes ouvidos de Miranda, um dos mais renomados produtores da cena rock. O single “Novo começo” já está disponível no myspace oficial da banda, uma prévia do que vem por aí.
Eles estão acelerados e de motor turbinado. Prontos para cair na estrada e mostrar a pulsação e adrenalina do verdadeiro rock’n roll!

"Não dá ", the band’s first video, launched in 2006, opened many doors for Motores, allowing their appearance in several good music shows, such as " Banda

show Rally MTV, which was advertised by Chevrolet and promoted by MTV Brazil, Latin and USA.
Twenty one days and many miles after, Motores left the "hermanos" behind, attracted rock fans of the 22 countries in which the program was shown and won the
contest. The song “Vamos em frente", written by the band, was judged and elected as the theme song of Rally MTV by the prize-winning Argentinian musical producer, Tweety Gonzalez,
(responsible for the explosion of Latin artists such as Shakira and Gustavo Cerati) .
The first CD of Motores - launched in 2007 and produced by Kiko Zambianchi and Beto Lee – was made known to critics and public with an intense repertoire and featured several
successes like " Menina, isso é Rock 'N ' Roll ", "Não Volto Mais" and " Beija Logo".
Now, let’s get prepared for the band’s new EP " Como Você Sempre Quis", to be launched in 2009. This new release was recorded in the legendary studio “A Toca do
Bandido ", in Rio de Janeiro, under the demanding attention of Miranda, one of the most celebrated producers of the Brazilian rock scene. The single “Novo Começo " is already available in
the band’s official Myspace, as a little taste of what is to come.
