Jess is a fantastic frontwoman, almost like a female Nick Cave with the delivery of her lyrics, but the lyrics themselves are more like Peaches. Each song seems to revolve around some sexual encounter or predicament she’s experienced, giving the show a sort of voyeuristic element that puts another dimension on top of the set.



They’re obviously a very talented group, they don’t play their instruments as much as use them to fit together into a really unique sound.

As a testament to their expanding confidence and creativity, not only do they not play their breakthrough track Use Me Back, but they don’t need to. Their new stuff is full of the intensity and tension of their earlier work, which augers well for their upcoming release."
