// ABOUT MOONCAKE
Mooncake – one of the leading instrumental acts in Russia - created their own style combining different genres: art- and space-rock, neoclassics.
Catchy melodies, atmosphere, the ideal balance between rapture and grief: all this has always been Mooncake's distinctive feature.
The debut album ‘Lagrange Points’ (2008) earned the band significant popularity in their homeland Russia and also far away from its boundaries: US, China, Europe and Latin America.
In 2015 Mooncake launched a unique fulldome multimedia show for planetariums “The Space Odyssey” dedicaded to cosmic discoveries and the Universe. Since then it is an each-time sold-out at the Moscow Planetarium.
Nowadays the band is working on the new full length album.
