Sittin' amongst them hardwood trees,
Watching the wind blow through the leaves,
It's hard to tell what I might see,
If I had my choice ya'll know where I'd be,

In my tree stand,

Waitin' on that monster buck,

I'll sit right here,
And kill some time,
Camo'd up with a gun in my hand,

Some would rather be layin' on the beach,
Sailin' across the deep blue sea,
Well stuff like that just aint for me,
