DESCRIPTION:
Leftside aka Dr Evil - is one of the most versatile artists from Jamaica.
He played drums already as a teenager backing with band artists like Dennis Brown, Gregory Isaacs and John Holt. He built some hottest riddims in the Dancehall like "Matrial Arts, "Chiney Gyal" and "Double Jeopardy".
He tan teamed up with Esco and recorded some absolutely wicked tunes like "Passa Thing" and "Tuck In Your Belly" which became smash hits.
In 2007 Dr Evil, his alter ego inspired by Austin Powers movie came to live and gained him new fans around the world.
He is one of a very few artist who keep the comedy part of Dancehall culture alive and make it in the universal way which is as popular in Japan as in Poland.
