Mnaj was always heavily influenced by undeniable Hip Hop like Run DMC, Dana Dane, N.W.A., Slick Rick, King 45 and the list goes on. At the age of 13 he made a debut appearance on Ninon De'Vere De Rosa's show "Kidstalk, Voices of Tomorrow". At age 15 Mnaj was noticed by Tracey Edmonds CEO of then Yab Yum Music now Edmonds Recording Group, for his charisma let alone his talent (99'). Mnaj went on to do work with Planet Grande Pictures and released his first published work with Eamon Harrington through Disney called "2 Hour Tour" (00'). The same company in fact asked him to do a project for HBO called "Freshman Year"(00') Composition and Production. After the beginning of his success music became a dream that Mnaj had to make a constant reality. He recorded a few albums and they went nowhere. Trials and tribulations of an artist.

From labels to investments he understood what it took to become a business at the end of the day. He started a production company, Mnaj Media/Syndicate Music Group and began to focus on other projects such as song placement, song writing and publishing ventures. Mnaj received a call from Courtney Cox to compose a theme with David Salas and Bill Lefler for her first spin off after "Friends" called "Mix It Up"(03'). That led to the recognition of Mnaj Media/Syndicate Music Group as a new production unit.
